Neighborhood Schools and to the Birth and Parenting Club.
Dr. Z, or who has become
known as “A Smile by Z” attributes his practice success to always putting
the patient first. Dr. Z, committed to revolution in dental technology from
cosmetics to computerization in dentistry, still feels that it is the
personal service and the attentive needs, particularly catering to the
dental coward, which is most important when treating his patients. Dr.
Z believes that true-to-the-heart comments and valuing his dental-patient relationships is what makes dentistry a rewarding and an enjoyable career. Such is
the feeling that Libby wrote to Dr. Z. and his staff.

Dr. Rod Zimmerman and
Staff,
This note is to let you know how much
you have changed my life’s perspective on Dentistry. I was always
afraid of going to the dentist I saw your sign “We Cater to Cowards”
and thought that this is the dentist for me! For the first day, your
staff has been gentle, caring, and attentive. You understand that a
patient’s psychological and mental state has as much to do with
successful dental treatment as the procedures. You constantly check
how I am doing , talk to me with encouragement, and let me know
everything before you do it.
You have worked a miracle for me. Even
after two root canals, several caps, and other work, I can honestly
say my teeth are beautiful and you have helped me overcome my fear.
You and your staff are the greatest!
