EQUIPMENT
Infection Control at the Smile Resort:
Keeping our patients safe from infection is a primary responsibility of our
office.
Infection control is big
part of the services offered by Dr. Z's Smile Resort. Of utmost importance,
is the safety of you and the workplace. For this reason, Dr. Zimmerman has
implemented an effective sterilization and infection control system.
Guidelines according to CDC are followed
Rules by
OSHA are strictly enforced.
Equipment
Steam-heat autoclaves are the standard at Dr. Z's resort. These
systems, state of the art in sterilizing all equipment, including
handpieces, and instruments, are regularly spore tested to ensure the
equipment is safe and in efficient working order. |
The staff
The people who care for you are completely trained in accordance
to guidelines set by CDC/OSHA. Dr. Zimmerman conducts annual training
of his staff to keep them well informed |
Dr. Zimmerman remains in
compliance with licensing board of Florida by retaining the necessary
continuing education requirements on Aids/HIV.

Dr. Z's Staff Team.
